Torque Tube
Here is a pre '87 puck. It comes in 2 pieces with a rubber band around the perimeter (removed already). The bearing is sandwiched between the 2 halves.

Use a bearing splitter or wood chisel to separate in between the punch outs. DO NOT hit the punch outs with the splitter or chisel because they will be used once the unit is pressed back together.

Once split use a large socket to drive the bearing out of the carrier.

Install the new bearing part way in one half by using finger pressure. Install the other half by hand making sure to line up the punch outs. Put the carrier in a vise with the jaws protected with wood and press the halves together.

Three punch outs on each side need to be re-set. Use a punch that will fit into the punch outs and give it a wack to expand the end that pulled out when the carrier was split.
